Marilyn Manson grew up in the town of Canton, Ohio.
He went to a Christian school there and rebeled against it.
He did everything possible to get kicked out. He felt like they
let him down. He wanted to go to a public school.
He lived some what of a messed up childhood.
From being like raped by his next door neighbor to
watching his dog slowly die because it was poisoned.
He soon moved out to Fort Lauderdale, Florida and still
has a house there. It was here in Florida that the band, originally
called Marilyn Manson and The Spooky Kids, was born.
His first music was based off of poems he has written.
His first shows were little shows in shitty bars and cyber goth clubs.
It took awhile for him to get somewhat big.
When he was big, and he still is big for all the wrong reasons, he was
blamed for things like: The columbine shootings, kids suicides, and the
deaths of kids in mosh pits. which is all crap because he cant really be blamed for them. Since the band has kicked off he has done other projects. He just recently had
an art show in Ft. Myers, Florida displaying his water colors (which are absolutely
beautiful), he is directing an upcoming movie called "Phantasmagoria" and i cant wait to see it, he is coming out with a book called "The Death Of Art". this book displays his water colors. He is coming out with a perfume and cologne that is supposed to
"Smell Like Children", and he is coming out with a make-up line.
